Rainy Wednesday to Give Way to Warmer Dec. 1

Showers are expected to continue in the city Wednesday evening, with rumbles of thunder possible amid strong winds.

Low-lying roads may get some brief flooding as a result, but creeks and rivers in the tri-state area are expected to hold their banks.

Any lingering showers will move out early Thursday, according to Storm Team 4. The first day of December will be partly sunny, breezy, and overall fairly mild.

Temperatures will fall, though, with highs only reaching into the mid-to-upper 50s.

The mercury trends cooler later in the week, but the weather will remain dry, sunny and not too breezy.
