A 37-year-old Queens man was charged Wednesday with second-degree murder and a number of other crimes for his alleged role in the execution-style slaying of a man on a midtown sidewalk in 2012.

Lloyd McKenzie, 37, of South Jamaica, Queens, allegedly served as the getaway driver for the gunman who shot and killed Brandon Woodard at the corner of West 58th Street and Seventh Avenue on the afternoon of Dec. 10, 2012, authorities said.

McKenzie, Woodard and at least five other suspects were involved in a multi-state drug trafficking operation that led to Woodard’s murder, court documents allege.

McKenzie was also hit with conspiracy, criminal possession of a weapon, operating as a major trafficker and criminal possession of a controlled substance charges, all of which are felonies, authorities said.

It wasn't immediately clear if he had an attorney who could comment on the allegations.

No one has been charged with firing the shot that killed Woodard.

“Three years ago, Brandon Woodard was murdered on a midtown sidewalk in broad daylight," Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance said in a statement. "This brazen shooting, stemming from a major interstate drug conspiracy, shocked and frightened many at the time."
