A 20-year-old man has been arrested in the death of a 33-year-old Queens man who was fatally shot in the head and neck Friday, the NYPD says.

Pedro Silva is charged with murder, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm.

He’s accused of killing Ivan Rodriguez at 80th Street and Roosevelt Avenue, in the Elmhurst section of the borough. Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the hospital.

It’s not known whether Rodriguez has an attorney.
