A Louisiana man illegally downloaded more than 60,000 lab reports through a New Jersey health care company, prosecutors said.

David Manno, 34, of Marrero, Louisianna, pleaded not guilty Wednesday to one count of wire fraud in Newark federal court, the U.S. Attorney's Office said in a statement.

Manno allegedly downloaded lab reports belonging to more than 30,000 customers by submitting altered requests through the unidentified health care company's online portal.

Manno faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000 or double the amount of money lost because of his alleged fraud.
