Police arrested a suspect believed to have brutally attacked a man with a hammer in the Bronx.
Michael Dilello, pictured above, is believed to have attacked a 41-year-old man in the Bronx for unknown reasons early Friday.
The victim was in critical condition as of Friday night and had multiple bruises and bumps on his head, police said.
It is unclear whether the victim knew Dilello, who was charged with second-degree attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
Information on a lawyer for Dilello was not immediately available.
