Police are searching for a man who allegedly walked into a New Jersey high school and started asking “suspicious” questions.

The man, who appeared to be in his 20s, went into Glen Ridge High School around 7:20 a.m. on Jan. 15 and started asking staff members “suspicious questions,” New Jersey state police said.

Police didn’t say what the man asked about or why they deemed the his questions suspicious.

At some point during the man’s exchange with staff members, he told them he’d recently moved to Glen Ridge, according to police.

After the exchange, he left the high school and drove off in a black Toyota Highlander, police said.
