Police in Queens are looking for a man who escaped police custody Friday night.
George Jordan, 36, was arrested Friday for petit larceny and resisting arrest. Jordan was being treated at Saint John's Hospital for a prior condition at around 11 p.m. when police say he freed himself from handcuffs and left the hospital.
Jordan was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt, blue jeans and black sneakers.
Police are asking anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
