A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the beating death of a day laborer in suburban New York's Westchester County.
Mount Kisco Public Safety Commissioner George Longworth says 39-year-old Mario Coronado-Depaz was arrested Friday on a manslaughter charge.
Police said 53-year-old Jose Sanchez was fatally beaten in a wooded area in Mount Kisco. The homeless laborer was found in the swampy terrain around 8 p.m. Sunday.
An autopsy showed he died of blunt-force injuries. Police have not identified any weapon used in the killing.
Two other suspects were arrested earlier this week.
Coronado-Depaz was being held Friday for arraignment. It was not immediately clear whether he had an attorney who could comment on the arrest.
