Pennsylvania Man Sentenced for Stealing Over $600,000 In Interstate Burglaries

A federal judge in New Jersey has sentenced a Pennsylvania man to 30 months in prison for his role in a string of multi-state burglaries.

37-year-old Eliezer Medina pleaded guilty to conspiracy to transport stolen goods in interstate commerce.

Prosecutors say the Lancaster County resident conspired to steal money by burglarizing stores in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and elsewhere.

Medina admitted stealing approximately $625,000 from at least three stores in Paramus and Pennsauken.

Alarms were disabled and safes were broken into.
