A livery cab jumped the curb and hit a woman on a Brooklyn sidewalk Tuesday afternoon, authorities say.
Fire officials say they responded to Atlantic Avenue and Court Street in Cobble Hill after getting a report of a person struck shortly before 1 p.m.
Authorities said the 29-year-old woman who was hit was unconscious when they arrived. She was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
It wasn't clear why the car jumped the curb. Safari Car Service said the vehicle belonged to its fleet of livery cabs but had no further comment.
