Two men were arrested Friday, just a day after their 14-year-old friend was found lying on the side of the road.
A newspaper deliveryman found Garrett Quedens' body before 4 a.m. in West Babylon Thursday after the teen was out celebrating the new year with friends.
The boy was rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Ishmoile Mohammed III, 19, and Reynold Jennings, 23, both of West Babylon, each face a charge of unlawfully dealing with a child. They supplied Quedens with the bottle of vodka he drank, according to a police statement.
The Suffolk County medical examiner is expected to determine cause of death.
