Can’t catch a bus? Maybe you should take a cab – a group cab.
Manhattan commuters hit by the elimination of the X90 express bus that ran from Yorkville to the Financial District can now rely on NYC's official taxi-share program.
The cabs depart weekday mornings from 79th street and York Avenue, and travel all the way downtown.
The price is a flat rate of $6 per passenger. Cabs will only make the trip if it has two or more passengers.
