Believe it or not New York City is not the city with the worst rat problem in the country.
According to a new list, Chicago is named the “rattiest city” in the U.S. NYC finished second and Los Angeles is third. It’s the third-straight year the Windy City topped the list.
The rankings were compiled by the pest control company “Orkin.” The "Top 50 Rattiest Cities” report is based on the number of rodent treatments they performed in each city over the last year.
San Francisco and Washington D.C. round out the top five on the list. Buffalo, Albany and Rochester also cracked the top 50.
