New Jersey Man Accused of Raping Child, 2 Women

A New Jersey man was arrested Thursday for allegedly sexually assaulting a child and two adult women and attempting to sexually assault a third woman over the course of about five months, authorities said.

Kervin Joseph Michel, 35, was arrested Thursday and charged with multiple felonies, including: aggravated sexual assault, aggravated assault, kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a child.

Michel allegedly first struck when he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old child at her home in Newark on June 6, 2015.

In one of the November attacks, in Irvington, Michel allegedly raped a 21-year-old woman while an infant was in the home. He also allegedly attacked the woman's boyfriend when he returned home while he was there.
