A New Jersey man has been arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a 3-year-old boy, officials said.
Darius E. Levine of Leonia, N.J., allegedly engaged in sexual activity with a boy who then told his father about it, according to a statement from the Bergen County Prosecutor's office.
Levine, 18, was arrested on Friday, according the authorities, and charged with one count of sexual assault by sexual contact.
Information on a lawyer for Levine, who is in custody, was not immediately available.
