Cops Offer Reward to Find Hit-Run Driver Who Left Man Lying on New Jersey Street Next to Pickup Truck

Investigators are still trying to find the hit-and-run driver who left a man to die at a New Jersey intersection next last week, and are offering a cash reward for information in the case. 

The victim was found lying next to his black 2017 Nissan Titan pickup truck at Applegarth Road and Forsgate Drive in Monroe Township just before 5 a.m. on Nov. 30, according to the Middlesex County prosecutor's office. 

He'd been hit by another driver, who fled the scene, authorities said.

Officials have only identified the victim as an Elizabeth resident. 

Anyone with information is asked to call 800-939-9600 or log on to middlesextips.com. Tips can also be sent by text messaging CRIMES (274637) with the keyword "midtip" followed by the tip information.

Tipsters will be given a unique numerical code that will allow them to collect a reward if their information leads to an arrest.
