A man said to be high on drugs was arrested after getting into multiple car crashes, then fondling himself while naked at a 7-Eleven store in Hartford, authorities said.
The man was being chased by Hartford police after causing several minor car accidents on Friday afternoon, said police.
The man ended up at a 7-Eleven parking lot and was standing naked on top of a gray car with Connecticut plates, according to a photo by police. He was said to be under the influence of PCP and marijuana, said Hartford Deputy Chief Brian J. Foley in a tweet.
A witness who shot video and photos of the scene claimed the man was fondling himself as police surrounded him.

He was eventually taken into custody and charged, police said.
