    Bronx Shooting Caught on Surveillance Camera

    Surveillance footage shows a shooting in the Bronx over the weekend. (Published Monday, Feb. 1, 2016)

    Police are looking for the man shown in surveillance video opening fire on another man after the two of them got into a fight in the Bronx. 

    The shooting happened Saturday night around 9:15 p.m. in Mt. Hope. The two men got into what police described as a physical altercation on East Burnside Avenue.

    The suspect then pulled out a gun and shot at the victim multiple times, hitting him once in the left leg, according to police. The shooter then took off down East Burnside Avenue.

    The victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

    The suspect is believed to be in his 20s.
