Between film shooting downtown and the New York City Marathon this weekend, the city's going to be filled with traffic closures and delays.
The latest Batman movie from director Christopher Nolan, "The Dark Knight Rises," is filming in the area around Wall and Broad streets Saturday and Sunday. The following areas will be closed to the general public; barricades will be in place, and drivers should expect delays:
- Pine Street between Broadway and Nassau St.
- Exchange Place between Broadway and Broad St.
- New Street between Beaver and Wall streets
Also, the New York City Marathon will close many streets across the five boroughs from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday:
