A Harlem gym teacher was fired after two girls said he forced them to grope him on separate occasions.
Brett Bernstein worked at Harlem Prep Middle School on 103rd Street before his termination.
A 14-year-old student at the school told a social worker about the alleged incident and a second 14-year-old girl came forward with a similar accusation.
The school said it’s doing everything it can to support the students and has been assisting police with their investigation. The school also said it’s alerting the parents of students.
Although Bernstein was terminated by the school, he has not been charged with a crime.
