Police are searching for three fur burglars who broke into a Chelsea clothing store and stole about $25,000 worth of coats.
The burglars tossed a brick through the glass front door of Henry Cowit Furs around 3:49 a.m. on Nov. 16, according to police.
Video surveillance shows the suspects ransacking a rack of fur coats. At least two of the burglars can be seen trying to balance armfuls of coats as they run from the rack towards the store's entrance.
A third suspect wearing a headlamp appears to search a desk before heading to the rack to grab more coats.
In all, the suspects stole 30 fur coats with a total value of about $25,000, police said.
After the burglary, the three suspects fled in a four-door sedan.
