Road Rage Driver Wanted in Slashing of Cabbie's Brother: NYPD, Source

A road rage fight between a New York City taxi cab driver and another driver on the Long Island Expressway in Queens resulted in the slashing of the cabbie's brother Friday morning, according to a source close to the investigation.

It's not clear what sparked the road rage fight between the yellow cab driver and the driver of a Honda Pilot on the westbound side of the highway at Maurice Avenue Friday morning.

But the cabbie's brother who was riding with him was slashed in the calf by the other driver.

Police are now looking for the driver of the other vehicle, a gray Honda Pilot with New York license plates.

The cabbie's brother refused medical attention at the scene, police say.
