Brooklyn Councilman: City Spent $2 Million on Tiny Park Bathroom

A Brooklyn councilman is outraged that the city spent $2 million on a small public bathroom.

David Greenfield says the bathroom at the newly refurbished Gravesend Park is only 400 square feet, and that the men’s room only has one stall and urinal.

Greenfield has been asking the city to fix up the park for the past seven years, but he says he had no idea they’d spend so much money on the bathroom.

News 4 reached out to the city for comment, but hasn’t heard back.
