Police say a 23-year-old man has been shot to death on Staten Island.
The shooting happened just after midnight Friday on Jersey Street in the New Brighton section.
Police responding to a 911 call found Tyquan Pass with a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have made no arrests.
