A 19-year-old man has been shot to death in a public housing complex in lower Manhattan.
The victim was found at 5:44 a.m. Saturday inside the lobby of a building that's part of the Alfred E. Smith Houses in Chinatown.
The teenager had been shot in the head. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The victim's identity was withheld pending notification of his family. Police have not arrested anyone in the case.
