A Long Island sex offender was allegedly found naked in a car with a teen boy early Thursday morning, police said.
Police say an officer on routine patrol spotted a car parked in the Fort Salonga Shopping Center parking lot just after midnight.
When the officer went up to the vehicle, he found two people naked inside. One of them was Kieran Bunce, 48, of Melville, and the other was a 14-year-old boy, according to police.
Detectives determined that the two allegedly had sexual contact and that they had arranged the meeting via a cell phone app.
Bunce was arrested on charges of criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child. He was scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Central Islip.
It was not immediately known if he had an attorney.
