NJ Transit trains heading in or out of Penn Station are operating on or close to schedule after a disabled train in Secaucus caused delays Tuesday morning.
Midtown Direct trains continued to be diverted to Hoboken Terminal, where PATH is cross-honoring NJ Transit rail tickets and passes.
