Detectives in Newark are investigating after a string of armed robberies in the early morning hours Monday.
In each robbery, a dark-colored vehicle, possibly a black Jetta, pulled up to the victim. A man then got out and brandished a gun. The robbers were able to get away with valuables like cell phones and purses.
All of the victims said that four men were in the car. Neither the men nor the car have been located, police said.
