A police chase in New Jersey is causing delays on the Garden State Parkway.
Police pursued a vehicle out of Newark, with East Orange and West Orange police also joining the chase Friday afternoon.
At least one person has been taken into custody. An officer was reportedly injured on the scene.
It's not clear what precipitated the chase.
The police activity is causing delays from exit 12 on the Garden State Parkway in East Orange westbound to exit 8 in West Orange.
