Jets' Scott High on Tebow, Wildcat Opportunities

Scott has been impressed by Tebow's "humility"

Bart Scott knows some people think all of this Tim Tebow and wildcat offense talk is funny.

The New York Jets linebacker insists it's a combination that gives the team a clear "advantage" against opposing defenses. Scott should know: He has had to deal with Tebow and wildcat offenses in the past.

Scott says Tebow is a matchup problem that other teams that run wildcat-style packages haven't truly had. He says he'll "take my chances" with the backup quarterback running the ball against a single defensive player.

Off the field, Scott has been impressed by Tebow's "humility" despite his immense popularity. After Tebow's shirtless run through the rain Saturday, he took some razzing from his teammates in stride — and sat in a meeting for 30 minutes without a shirt.
