Person Struck, Killed at Queens Subway Station

Police activity at Broadway station has suspended subway service in a part of Queens

N and Q subway service was suspended for hours in part of Queens after a person was struck and killed by a train at the Broadway station Tuesday, according to officials.

There were no trains between Queensboro Plaza and Ditmars Boulevard late afternoon and early evening. By around 8 p.m., the MTA was reporting that service had mostly been restored, though northbound N and Q trains were still bypassing Broadway.
