Three men were arrested in the rape of a 19-year-old college student at an off-campus residence in upstate New York last month, authorities say.
The woman was attacked at a home on Fairview Avenue around 3 a.m. Sept. 18, authorities say. The circumstances surrounding the attack weren't clear.
The three suspects, ages 20, 22 an 20, were arrested on Oct. 1, 2 and 6, respectively. Two of the men are from Yonkers; the third is from the Bronx.
Two were charged with first-degree rape, a felony, and one was charged with first-degree sexual act, also a felony. All three were remanded to the Dutchess County Jail.
