Mayor Bloomberg is going to be a grandfather for the first time, and he says he's happy to change the baby's diapers if asked, but isn't as eager to give a bottle.
The billionaire mayor's 30-year-old daughter, Georgina Bloomberg, is expecting a baby with her boyfriend, and "we couldn't be happier for her," he said.
"If asked to do changing or feeding, I will do the same thing that I did with my own two daughters -- changing," Bloomberg told reporters Thursday. "It is so much quicker and easier. Feeding goes on forever and ever and ever."
The daughter of the 71-year-old billionaire mayor competes as an equestrian and has written young-adult literature.
She is one of two Bloomberg daughters. Emma Bloomberg, 34, does not have children.
