Police Seek 2 Suspects in Robbery, Sexual Assault at Brooklyn Business

One suspect stole file boxes from the location, while the other sexually assaulted a woman there, police said

Police are searching for two suspects in a sexual assault and robbery at a Marine Park business in Brooklyn Tuesday morning.

Police said a 60-year-old woman went to answer a doorbell at a commercial location just before 10 a.m., and allowed a man inside. The man asked the woman if the owner was there and said he had papers for him.

As the woman was speaking with the man, another man knocked on the door and was let in, police said.

Once inside, the second suspect grabbed the victim and put her in a choke hold, while the first suspect picked up a box of files and left the location. The first suspect returned two more times, each time removing a box of files.

The second suspect then pushed the victim into the bathroom where he sexually assaulted her, police said. Both suspects then fled in a late-model red Honda Civic.

The victim was taken to an area hospital, where she was treated and released.

The first suspect was said to be wearing a dark jacket, a light blue hoodie over his head, dark sweatpants with a broad white stripe down the side, and an "A's" baseball hat.

The second suspect was wearing a brown jacket, blue pants and a Yankees cap.
