Authorities responding to an emergency call about a water leak in a Bronx apartment building Tuesday found dozens of marijuana plants and eight Hefty bags full of pot, officials said.
Firefighters broke down the door of the apartment on Bronx Boulevard around 6 a.m. and found 30 to 40 pot plants along with the bags full of the drug.
No one was home when authorities broke in and no arrests have been made.
The pot was taken to the police precinct.
