Manhattan Clubgoer Found Bleeding, Dies

He was found bleeding from the mouth inside a stairwell at a Midtown nightclub

A Manhattan clubgoer died after he was found bleeding from the mouth inside a Midtown venue early Saturday morning, police said.

Michael Lin, 27, from Queens was found unconscious and unresponsive at about 3 a.m. inside District 36, a nightclub on West 36th Street, according to police.

The Daily News reports a waitress found him slouched on the stairs near a second-floor entrance. He was bleeding from the mouth and missing several teeth.

Lin was taken outside, where police found him a few minutes later and transported him to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The investigation is ongoing.
