Police have arrested a man they say entered a Long Island elementary school during a fire drill and walked into a school bathroom earlier this month.
Frank Fellini, 29, was charged with criminal trespassing for walking through the front door of Our Lady of Victory School in Floral Park just before 1 p.m. on June 8 as the school was conducting a fire drill, police said.
Faculty members saw Fellini walk down the stairs and into a men’s bathroom, police said. They attempted to stop him but he left the school and fled the area.
No injuries were reported.
It was not immediately clear if Fellini had an attorney.
