Man Apparently Stabbed in Head on Bronx Subway: FDNY

A man was taken to the hospital after apparently being stabbed in the head on a southbound No. 5 train in the Bronx Wednesday morning, the FDNY said. 

Authorities said he suffered a laceration to the head, but is expected to be OK.

The man was taken to Jacobi Hospital after the stabbing on the train near East 180th Street and Morris Park Avenue, officials said.

No arrests have been made.
