A man died after being stabbed in the upper body in Harlem Monday night, police say.

The man was stabbed either in the neck or chest on the street near 110th Street near Central Park in the 8 p.m. hour, according to authorities. He was rushed to St. Luke's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A suspect was taken into custody.
