A man was shot during an argument in front of a Manhattan bar early Sunday morning, police say.
They say two men had gotten into a dispute outside 21 Bar in Washington Heights just before 3:30 a.m. Sunday.
The fight escalated and cops say a man took out a gun and shot the 22-year-old victim once in the hip.
The victim went to an area hospital where he is in stable condition, authorities said.
Video from the scene shows the man with a gun in his hand when he aims it and shoots it once before running away.
Police on Sunday night released surveillance footage of the man in the hopes of catching the suspect.
