Police are investigating after a 43-year-old man was shot and killed Tuesday in the Bronx.
The Hector Nieves was found unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the back of the head just before 11 p.m. in front of 2390 Hoffman Street, police said.
Nieves was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
