A young man performed a sex act in front of a woman before assaulting her in a Bronx elevator on Thursday.
The 60-year-old victim and the suspect entered the elevator of a residential building near the Grand Concourse at around 12:30 a.m., authorities said.
As the elevator began to move, the suspect started to masturbate. When the victim exited the elevator on the third floor, she was followed and subsequently put in a head lock by the suspect, police said.
She refused medical attention and no injuries were reported during the incident.
The suspect was last seen wearing a red baseball cap, black sneakers, gray hooded jacket, black jeans and black glasses.
