A man shot in the head while sitting behind the wheel of a car in the Bronx died Monday evening, police say.
Police found the 38-year-old man, later identified as Jerodd Watkins, dead with multiple gunshots in the car on 178th Street and Boston Road in West Farms just before 7:30 p.m. He was rushed to an area hospital, where he died.
Video from the scene shows investigators canvassing the neighborhood with crime scene tape surrounding the area.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
