The body of a man was found in Prospect Park, police said.
Officers responding to a call at the Brooklyn park on Saturday evening found the 49-year-old man lying in a wooded area, the NYPD said. He was unconscious and unresponsive, and officers saw no signs of obvious trauma.
Emergency services responded to the scene, near 9th Street and Prospect Park West, and pronounced him dead.
His identity hasn't been released.
The cause of death will be determined by the city medical examiner's office.
