A 29-year-old man was found dead on a bench in midtown Thursday morning, police say.
The man was lying on a bench in front of an office building on East 55th Street between Park and Madison avenues just before 8:30 a.m.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The medical examiner will determine a cause of death. Police aren't identifying the man until his family is notified.
