A man charged in the killing of a disgraced paramedic was himself shot and killed, according to a published report.
The New York Post reports that Julio Locarno, 23, was killed Wednesday night near Prospect Park in Brooklyn.
Locarno was arrested in February in connection with the shooting death of Jason Green last July outside a SoHo club.
Green was one of the EMTs accused in December 2009 of not helping a pregnant woman who collapsed. She later died.
Police don't have any suspects in custody in the Locarno killing.
