Man Asks Teen on Bronx Street Where He's From, Shoots Him: NYPD

Police are looking for a shooting suspect who allegedly fired a gun after approaching a teenager on a Bronx street and asking where he was from.

The suspect approached an 18-year-old man in the area of Fulton Avenue and East 167th Street in Morrisania at about 10 p.m. Sunday, according to police.

When the victim replied, the gunman took out a handgun from his pocket and shot him in the right thigh, then ran away.

The victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he's listed in stable condition.
