Law enforcement officials say a man has been charged with raping a woman in Manhattan near the Lincoln Tunnel Saturday morning.
Joseph Johnson, 52, was arrested by Port Authority Police at around 7 a.m.
Johnson was charged with rape, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a weapon.
Information on a lawyer for Johnson was not immediately available.
