Man Accused of Recording Women in Mall Bathroom

Prosecutors have indicted a man they say slipped into a mall restroom and used his cell phone to take video of women under the stall dividers.

Milton Sisalima, 24, is charged in a 10-count indictment that includes two counts of second-degree unlawful surveillance and eight counts of attempted second-degree unlawful surveillance.

The Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore said Sisalima was captured on mall surveillance cameras entering the restroom near Macy's at the Galleria Mall in White Plains.

Security responded to the restroom and found him locked in a stall, videotaping women.

Prosecutors said he was removed from the restroom. His cell phone was found to have images of the women in the restroom.

It was not immediately clear whether Sisalima had a lawyer.

He faces a maximum of four years in prison.
