A 33-year-old man died after being shot in the torso on Staten Island Sunday morning, police said.
Officers found James Hall unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the torso just before 8 a.m. on Alpine Avenue, according to the NYPD.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
